Drain Line Maintenance

  • The majority of kitchen backups and grease trap backups occur from some type of line restriction or obstruction. It may be grease,  food waste, solids swept into the system or preexisting line breaks
  • What sets Trap Zap Environmental Systems apart?
    • As a preventative measure, we always suggest allocating a portion of your budget to line maintenance. It’s the most important and also the most overlooked part of the system
    • Generally we recommend line maintenance via pretreatment and or jetting. What is saved on pumping via our turnkey program can offset the costs of line maintenance for a perfectly balanced system

    • Safety concerns: With Trap Zap Environmental System’s locking drain bracket, the original OEM cover is left in place. In that weight loading and all OEM engineering is not affected but changing the floor drain grate and creating a possible trip hazard
