... a proven system - the basic ingredient. |
|
1. The BIOPRODUCT. A liquid formula of bacteria strains specifically selected for ability to biodegrade organics. Fats, oils, grease and other organics which go down your kitchen drains and into your grease trap(s) are broken down (degraded) into their basic elements: carbon, hydrogen an oxygen: Carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O), allowing grease trap(s) to work more efficiently. This constant bacterial activity greatly reduces, and in some cases eliminates the need for excessive and costly clearing of grease related drain line blockages. For those locations with exterior traps, pump out frequencies will be significantly reduced as well. Pumpouts will also be reduced by improved housekeeping procedures.
2. The AUTODISPENSER. An automated dispenser is provided as a part of the program. Daily doses of bioproduct are injected at a time when the restaurant is closed or quiet -usually shortly after closing. As a part of the "turn-key" program, auto dispenser repairs, adjustments or replacements are performed by the Trap-Zap representative.
3. The SERVICE ELEMENT. A TZ technician visits each operation once a month to replenish the bioproduct and evaluate and adjust the system to ensure optimum results. Traps are opened and inspected, non-biodegradables are removed from interior traps and a written report is prepared documenting the status of the program.
